Account Manager / BAS Stationary Specialist – Charlotte, NC – Up to $45/hr – Leading HVAC & Building Automation Contractor About the Opportunity A respected HVAC and Building Automation contractor in the Charlotte, NC region is seeking an experienced Account Manager / BAS Stationary Specialist to support one of their flagship customers — Novant Main Hospital . This on-site, stationary position is ideal for a BAS professional who excels in mission‑critical environments where comfort, reliability, and building performance must be maintained at all times. In this role, you will serve as the primary on‑site representative between the client and internal service teams, overseeing daily BAS and HVAC operations, responding to comfort calls, and coordinating technician dispatch as needed. Success in this position requires technical understanding, strong communication, and a proactive, customer‑focused mindset.
