Restaurant Service Manager

We are seeking a passionate, hospitality-driven Restaurant Service Manager to join a growing, locally owned restaurant group known for its upscale-casual dining experiences, chef-driven cuisine, and elevated cocktail program. If you thrive in a guest-focused environment, lead from the floor, and are passionate about developing people while delivering exceptional hospitality, we'd love to hear from you!

Service Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

2+ years of Restaurant Manager experience in an upscale-casual or upscale, full-service restaurant
Experience in a chef-driven, scratch kitchen environment
Strong background in elevated beverage service, including craft cocktails, wine, and spirits
Proven experience leading high-volume, full-service restaurant operations
Stable work history with no more than two employers in the past five years
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the floor
Comfortable in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment

Strong coach who develops and mentors team members
High emotional intelligence with genuine empathy for guests and employees

Ability to build lasting guest relationships while driving sales and team engagement
