We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a long-term care facility in East Boston. Our new management team is committed to improving staffing ratios, elevating resident care, and creating a supportive, professional environment for nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver personal care and support to residents
• Observe, monitor, and document resident health and vital signs
• Collaborate with RNs and Unit Managers on care plans and medical histories
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and state regulations
• Support a professional, collaborative, and compassionate care environment
Qualifications
• Current LPN license in Massachusetts
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
• Dedication to providing high-quality, resident-focused care
