Job Description Job Description We are seeking several full-time handymen of all skill levels to perform maintenance and repair work inside and outside residential properties. This role involves a variety of tasks requiring general repair knowledge and the ability to work independently with basic training on specialized tools. Responsibilities Perform general repairs on residential properties Handle plumbing tasks and minor electrical work Conduct carpentry and painting projects as needed Manage landscaping and exterior maintenance Work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of experience in maintenance and repairs Company Description Cay Partners operates over 75 properties in and around Leesburg Florida - we are hiring for several full time positions involving the usual tasks involved in improving and maintaining these duplexes and single story apartment homes.
