Senior Accountant

A growing real estate organization is looking to hire a Senior Accountant . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment , is strong in reconciliations , and can manage a tight 5-day close across multiple entities.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle property accounting for multiple real estate entities
• Perform high-volume account reconciliations and detailed balance sheet work
• Lead month-end close over 5 days, including journal entries and variance analysis
• Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, balance sheet)
• Work closely with operations and property management teams

What We’re Looking For

• 5–6+ years of real estate or property accounting experience
• Strong reconciliation skills and detail-oriented approach
• Proven ability to handle short closes and complex entity structures
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Strong Excel skills and hands-on accounting mindset
