Responsibilities Deliver nightly RN-led learning sessions to healthcare staff on key clinical topics. Assess learning needs and customize programs to close skills gaps in nursing staff. Track learning progress and outcomes using standardized metrics and dashboards. Facilitate hands-on simulations and practical drills to reinforce competencies. Provide real-time feedback and coaching to staff to improve performance. Collaborate with department leads to align L&D activities with clinical targets. Document training activities for compliance and accreditation purposes. Utilize pipelines to forecast training demand and plan resources accordingly. Support on-site onboarding for new hires and contract staff. Participate in program evaluation to identify improvements and impact.
