Join a fast-growing company as their Director of Accounting, where you will take the helm of our accounting and controllership functions. In this pivotal leadership role, you'll ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of our financial reporting, while shaping a modern, scalable finance infrastructure amidst rapid growth. You'll collaborate closely with executive leadership, own core accounting operations, and have the opportunity to build out a talented team as the organization expands. Lead all accounting operations, including month-end close, ensuring reliable and audit-ready financial statements. Maintain US GAAP compliance and technical accounting standards, overseeing revenue recognition, equity, and complex accounting issues. Deliver accurate financial reporting to leadership, board members, investors, and auditors. Design and sustain scalable internal controls, serve as key liaison during audits, and proactively manage financial risks. Drive automation initiatives, system improvements, and process efficiencies, primarily utilizing NetSuite. Partner cross-functionally with teams in FP&A, Legal, HR, Technology, and Operations to support strategic initiatives and operational growth.

Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA (active or inactive) strongly preferred. 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, hands-on with month-end close and GAAP reporting. Deep knowledge of US GAAP, technical accounting, revenue recognition, and equity accounting. Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems. Proven ability to enhance processes, automation, and controls in dynamic environments. Strong communication skills capable of translating complex accounting concepts to non-finance stakeholders. High integrity, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
