Asistente Administrativo

Requisitos: Técnico o Bachiller en Administración, Contabilidad o carreras afines. 1 año de experiencia en puestos administrativos Manejo de Office Nivel Intermedio Disponibilidad de residir en Chilca Funciones: Elaborar y presentar a la Gerencia General indicadores de gestión (KPIs) del área de Abastecimiento. Consolidar, analizar y presentar reportes ejecutivos sobre abastecimiento, compras, costos, precios y stock de materia prima. Monitorear permanentemente la disponibilidad de materia prima, identificando riesgos de desabastecimiento y oportunidades de optimización de inventarios. Analizar el comportamiento de los precios y elaborar informes comparativos para la toma de decisiones. Gestionar y mantener una comunicación permanente con proveedores estratégicos, realizando seguimiento al cumplimiento de entregas, condiciones comerciales y desempeño. Elaborar reportes sobre novedades, incidencias y riesgos relacionados con el abastecimiento Preparar cuadros comparativos de cotizaciones, precios y condiciones comerciales para sustentar decisiones de compra. Coordinar con las áreas de Producción, Almacén, Logística y Finanzas el seguimiento de requerimientos y abastecimiento oportuno. Elaborar presentaciones ejecutivas e informes gerenciales para reuniones de Gerencia General. Mantener actualizados los indicadores, bases de datos y reportes de gestión del área. Brindar soporte directo a la Gerencia General en el seguimiento de proyectos e iniciativas relacionadas con abastecimiento. Otras funciones afines que le sean asignadas por la Gerencia General.
