Quality Engineer/Manager

If you enjoy hands-on inspection work and collaborating with production teams, this is a strong opportunity to grow your skills in a structured environment.Pay: Depending on experienceSchedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:00pmResponsibilities:Perform raw material, in-process, and final inspections on machined and fabricated partsMaintain quality documentation including Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) records and customer requirementsUpdate inspection procedures, calibration records, and capability studiesCommunicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding quality standardsSupport production by identifying quality concerns and contributing to root cause analysisFollow safety procedures and maintain compliance with workplace regulationsQualifications:Have 2 to 5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environmentDemonstrate knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing processesRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specificationsUse precision measuring tools such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), calipers, and micrometersHold AWS (American Welding Society) Certified Welding Inspector certification preferred
