Seasonal Team member

Position: Seasonal Team Member at Einstein Bros. Bagels Job Overview We are looking for Seasonal Team Members to join us for the summer season. Responsibilities Make every guest feel welcomed from the minute they walk in Promote the company by creating a positive guest experience Provide excellent guest service by ensuring the quality of food and beverages served Maintain a safe and clean store environment Qualifications Must be at least 16 years or older Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast‑paced environment Previous restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, but not required Benefits Flexible schedule; great for students. No work past 3pm and no evenings or nights Competitive pay, plus cash and credit card tips Potential to transition to a permanent role Compensation Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour. Starting pay is subject to local and state minimum wage regulations. Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
