- Serving ice cream : Scooping ice cream and presenting it to customers
- Making drinks : Mixing shakes and other beverages
- Operating cash register : Ringing up customers and handling cash
- Preparing toppings : Making cones and other toppings
- Cleaning : Keeping the shop clean, including the counter and dining areas
- Stocking : Ensuring that flavors, toppings, cones, bowls, spoons, and napkins are well-stocked
- Customer service : Greeting customers and providing friendly service
