On-site - San Juan 1-3 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time Job Description Coordinate with clients to understand job vacancies and qualifications needed Post job advertisements through online platforms, job boards, and social media Source and screen applicants through resumes, interviews, and background checks Facilitate pre-employment requirements such as exams, medicals, and clearances Maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future job openings Schedule and conduct initial interviews and endorse shortlisted candidates to clients Monitor and follow up on the status of endorsed candidates Prepare and submit recruitment reports and documentation as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations Attend job fairs, campus recruitment, and other sourcing events Support onboarding processes in coordination with HR and operations At least 1–2 years of recruitment experience (preferably in a manpower agency or staffing firm) Strong sourcing and interviewing skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance is a plus Proficient in MS Office and online recruitment platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr AsiaNow Enterprises Inc.
