Your focus is helping deliver an exceptional planning and client experience.Ready to make your application Please do read through the description at least once before clicking on Apply.What You'll DoLead initial prospect meetings to understand the client's financial situation, retirement goals, income needs, concerns, and prioritiesWork alongside our Lead Advisor to develop comprehensive retirement income strategiesAttend strategy and recommendation meetings and help guide prospects through the planning processTake ownership of the relationship once a prospect becomes a clientLead implementation and onboarding of new clientsConduct ongoing client review meetings and serve as a primary relationship managerPrepare for meetings by reviewing financial plans, investments, income strategies, Social Security, taxes, and other retirement considerationsCoordinate with our operations team on account openings, transfers, paperwork, and client serviceMaintain accurate client information, tasks, and workflows within SalesforceProvide proactive communication and high-level service to existing clientsWho We're Looking For3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisoryFINRA Series 7, Series 63 & 65 (or Series 66)Life, Health & Disability Insurance LicenseStrong understanding of investments and retirement planningCFP, RICP, or progress toward an advanced planning designation preferredComfortable leading client meetings and discussing complex financial concepts in a clear, understandable wayHighly organized and able to manage multiple client relationships and prioritiesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsDetail-oriented with a high standard for follow-throughComfortable working within a team-based advisory modelInterested in developing into a high-level retirement advisor rather than primarily focusing on business developmentAbout Summit Wealth StrategiesSummit Wealth Strategies is a retirement-focused wealth management firm serving clients across the country.
