Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry with clinical autonomy
• Diagnose and present treatment plans
• Build long-term relationships with patients and the local community
• Work closely with hygienists, assistants, and the broader clinical team
• Help grow the practice while maintaining strong patient care
• Develop toward future partnership and practice leadership

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD
• Eligible for an Idaho dental license
• CPR and DEA certification or ability to obtain
• Comfortable providing bread-and-butter general dentistry
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills
• Interest in long-term partnership or practice ownership
