In this role, you will help define product vision and strategy, collaborate closely with engineering and design teams, engage directly with customers, and deliver solutions that solve complex security and identity challenges at enterprise scale. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, software development, or a related technical fieldOR equivalent experience.Experience delivering customer-facing products in partnership with engineering teams.Strong product strategy, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience translating customer needs into product decisions and execution.Knowledge of identity, security, governance, compliance, cloud security, or Microsoft Security/Entra technologies.End-to-end UX experienceAI-native PM experienceProduct Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $102,100 - $202,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,800 - $219,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
