Youth Case Manager — On-site Counseling & Growth

Rite of Passage Brand seeks a Case Manager for the Miami Youth Academy in Miami, FL. You will develop individualized case plans, coordinate treatment, and deliver counseling to youth ages 14–18 in a structured residential setting. You will work with families, probation officers, and referral agencies while documenting progress and ensuring safety.
