Program Director Registered Nurse (RN), New Behavioral Health ProgramUS:PA:Connellsville | Nursing & Nursing Support | Full Time Regular**$20,000 Sign On/Retention Bonus for Qualified Candidates**The Program Manager is the operational leader of the Extended Acute Care unit. This role serves to coordinate the multidisciplinary staff, ensuring program fidelity, and maintaining the therapeutic milieu. The Program Manager actively models trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care, advocates for Residents' long term needs, ensures that the unit's structure, staffing and programming enable Residents to develop the skills, independence, and resilience necessary for successful community reintegration. This position integrates clinical oversight, operational management, staffing, financial responsibility and interdisciplinary coordination.
