Senior Business Analyst

Position Summary: The Senior Business Analyst leads requirements and analysis for delivery. You will elicit and document complex requirements, translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, and guide teams and junior analysts, leveraging AI-assisted analysis tools. Key Responsibilities: Lead elicitation, analysis, and documentation of complex business requirements Translate business and regulatory needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria Facilitate backlog refinement and prioritization with Product Owners Model business processes, data flows, and workflow requirements Mentor junior analysts and review requirements artifacts Support UAT planning, test scenarios, and deliverable acceptance Leverage AI-assisted tools for requirements analysis and documentation

Requirements Non-Technical Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be willing to work a HYRBID Schedule (3-4 Days) in Reston, VA & client locations in the Washington D.C. area as required. Ability to pass a 7-year background check and obtain/maintain a U.S. Government Clearance Strong communication and presentation skills. Must be able to prioritize and self-start.
