This role supports internal coordination and customer communication, helping ensure that information flows efficiently between teams and clients. Key Responsibilities * Assist with internal communications between office and field teams * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person * Support scheduling and coordination of services * Maintain accurate records of communications and updates * Assist with administrative and operational tasks Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * Strong communication skills (written and verbal) * Basic computer proficiency * Organized and detail-oriented * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment * Immediate availability preferred Compensation & Benefits * Salary: $18 – $27 per hour * Flexible scheduling options * Paid training * Opportunities for growth
