As a Registered Nurse on the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team, you are engaging in a vital mission dedicated to making communities healthier. More About Our Team Our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) offers a dynamic and supportive environment for healthcare professionals. Our 8‑bed ICU provides care for a diverse patient population—from ventilated patients to overflow cases. Nurses in our ICU typically enjoy 12‑hr shifts with a 1:2 nurse‑to‑patient ratio, with occasional 1:3 ratios depending on patient acuity, allowing for focused and high‑quality care. Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire. ACLS required within 90 days of hire. Associate's degree in nursing required (Bachelor's degree preferred). 1–2 years of recent RN experience in the ICU required.
