Tendering and Proposal Specialist

How You'll Make an Impact Review tender and bid documents to understand customer requirements, project scope, and submission expectations. Prepare accurate and competitive quotations using cost analysis, benchmarks, and commercial insights. Partner with sales, engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to gather technical and commercial inputs. Manage tender schedules and priorities to ensure high-quality, on-time proposal submissions. Evaluate bid opportunities and support bid/no-bid decision-making processes. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to bids, contracts, pricing, and estimates. Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and compliant documentation while performing quality checks throughout the tendering process. Engage with customers to clarify requirements, build confidence, and support a positive customer experience. Your Background Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering, bid management, proposal development, or quotation preparation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical, commercial, and market data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience using tendering, ERP, or CRM tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
