Production Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor with 1-3 years of manufacturing supervisory experience to lead daily production operations in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will oversee production associates, promote a strong safety culture, maintain quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet company goals.The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can manage production schedules, support employee development, troubleshoot operational challenges, and improve efficiency while ensuring a safe, organized, and productive workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, and company objectives.Lead, coach, and support production associates, ensuring they have the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed.Monitor production schedules and Kanban systems to ensure efficient workflow and timely order completion.Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.Oversee equipment operation and coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain safe working conditions.Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and standardized work practices.Maintain quality standards and support compliance with applicable quality management systems.Coordinate onboarding, on-the-job training, and cross-training to develop a flexible and capable workforce.Maintain 5S housekeeping standards and ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and efficient.Address employee concerns and enforce company policies and procedures fairly and consistently.Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues, improve processes, and maintain operational efficiency.Communicate production goals, safety expectations, and performance updates to team members.Required Qualifications1-3 years of manufacturing supervisory experience.Experience leading, supervising, or coordinating employees in a manufacturing or industrial production environment.Strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.Ability to manage competing priorities and meet production deadlines.Commitment to workplace safety, product quality, and continuous improvement.Ability to work in a hands-on manufacturing environment.The organization manufactures precision metal tubing, extruded hoses, molded rubber and plastic components, and hose assemblies for major original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
