Position Overview

Outpatient pediatric role focused on comprehensive primary care for pediatric patients Structured weekday schedule supporting provider balance and consistency High-autonomy clinical environment with strong support staff and mission-driven patient care Opportunity to provide meaningful care within a diverse and growing patient population Arizona location positioned between Phoenix and Tucson offering warm climate and family-friendly living

Compensation

Base Salary: $220,000 plus productivity bonuses Student loan repayment assistance available Relocation assistance available

Schedule

Monday through Friday schedule 8:00 AM 5:00 PM clinic hours Outpatient-only clinical setting

Role

Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric primary care services Manage preventative care, wellness visits, chronic conditions, and acute pediatric concerns Maintain continuity of care and individualized patient treatment planning Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR for documentation and patient management Collaborate with support staff within team-based outpatient environment Support mission-focused healthcare delivery and compassionate pediatric care
