The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our guests by assisting with their luggage, guiding them through the property, and ensuring a welcoming and smooth arrival and departure experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure. Assist guests with their luggage to and from their rooms. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell area. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Be flexible with work hours to accommodate guest needs and hotel operations. Qualifications & Skills Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Physically able to handle luggage and stand for extended periods. Friendly and approachable demeanor.
