Maintenance Technician Lead

$35/hr range 1st shift. Mon-Fri Twinsburg, OH Maintenance Technician Lead Equipment & Facilities Maintenance Oversee maintenance of mechanical and hydraulic stamping presses (ranging from [e.g., 50 to 1,000+] tons) Troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs), robotics, sensors, motor drives, and automation systems. Ensure proper functioning of plant facility equipment TPM & Continuous Improvement Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and preventive/predictive maintenance (PM/PdM) programs to reduce unscheduled downtime. Track maintenance KPI's Safety & Compliance Enforce strict compliance with OSHA standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), arc flash, confined space, and machine guarding regulations. Qualifications & Skills Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Technology preferred. Experience: 5+ years of maintenance experience in a stamping manufacturing environment. Industry Background: Previous 5 year+ experience in metal stamping, heavy press operations, or tool & die manufacturing is required. Technical Capabilities Strong mechanical aptitudes: press drive trains, clutches, brakes, hydraulics, pneumatics, and lubrication systems.
