We're looking for a Dispatcher to serve as the primary point of contact between our customers and operations team, ensuring fuel deliveries are coordinated safely, efficiently, and professionally. In this role, you'll dispatch drivers, manage customer fuel inventory levels, monitor delivery schedules, and support daily transportation operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch drivers and coordinate fuel deliveries to customer locations
• Monitor customer fuel inventory levels and forecast delivery needs
• Plan and adjust delivery schedules to maximize efficiency and customer service
• Supervise drivers with a focus on safety, compliance, and service quality
• Monitor fuel usage and make real-time decisions regarding deliveries, diversions, and scheduling changes
• Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations
• Perform load planning activities and coordinate assignments
• Handle dispatch-related administrative duties and system data entry
• Support leadership with operational and customer service initiatives

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching experience preferred, ideally in fuel transportation
• Experience with dispatch software such as DM2, Trinium or SAP preferred
• Knowledge of fuel inventory management tools is a plus
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Commitment to safety and customer service excellence
