Responsibilities Review, interpret, and administer commercial lease agreements and related documents Prepare lease abstracts, summaries, commencement agreements, estoppel certificates, and SNDAs Monitor landlord and tenant lease compliance requirements Coordinate communication between property managers, leasing agents, accountants, tenants, and property owners Research and resolve lease-related inquiries, billing questions, and tenant issues Track lease milestones including space delivery, rent commencement, tenant openings, and lease terminations Coordinate tenant account setup and modifications Maintain accurate lease files, tenant records, and property information Monitor lease restrictions, occupancy requirements, and co-tenancy obligations Assist with due diligence projects, reporting, and special assignments as needed Qualifications 2+ years of lease administration experience within commercial real estate preferred OR 2+ years of paralegal experience with real estate exposure Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously Strong customer service mindset and ability to work effectively across departments Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook EEO statements and additional information typically provided by the employer should be included here if applicable and available from the job poster. #J-18808-Ljbffr
