Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Work with HMD Trucking based near Kalamazoo, MI as an OTR solo CDL A dry van driver on nationwide freight lanes. Compensation begins at 65 CPM with weekly averages of around 2,500 miles and additional bonuses for safe driving, clean inspections and referrals. Drivers operate modern trucks under three years old—equipped with sleepers, APUs and inverters—and receive support from our in-house maintenance team. Routes are dependable with home every two weeks and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO and a 401(k).

Core duties:

• Safely operate long-haul dry van equipment and deliver freight on schedule.
• Complete required logs, inspections and delivery paperwork.
• Protect cargo integrity and follow DOT/company safety standards.

Minimum qualifications:

• CDL A license and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience.
• Clean driving record and safety-first mindset.
