We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced electronics operation. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys combining customer support with order coordination, shipment tracking, and international logistics activities. The person in this role will serve as a key point of contact for customers while helping ensure import and export orders move accurately and efficiently from entry through delivery.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, providing timely updates on orders, deliveries, and shipment status.
• Enter and maintain sales orders with close attention to accuracy, ensuring customer, product, and shipping details are complete.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments by working with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to keep orders on schedule.
• Support import and export service activities by preparing and reviewing shipment-related information and required documentation.
• Monitor open orders and logistics activity, resolving issues related to delays, routing, or delivery exceptions.
• Communicate with customers and partners to provide clear service and maintain smooth order processing.
• Track customer shipments from dispatch through final delivery and escalate service concerns when necessary.
• Maintain organized records and perform data entry tasks to keep customer, order, and logistics information current and reliable.

• Previous experience in customer service, order entry, or a related support role.

Sage 100 would be nice but not required

• Working knowledge of shipping, logistics, freight forwarding, or distribution processes.

• Experience assisting with import and export customer service activities.

• Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish.

• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while providing attentive customer support.

• Proficiency with standard office systems and order tracking tools.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
