Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join an outpatient team in Toms River, NJ. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with the geriatric population, thrives in a supportive team environment, and is dedicated to improving patients' mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for geriatric patients

• Provide therapy focused on mobility, pain reduction, and functional independence

• Support post-surgical recovery, fall prevention, and long-term wellness goals

• Collaborate with PT team, aides, and administrative staff for coordinated care

• Document treatment in EMR according to Medicare/insurance guidelines

• Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and family members

Qualifications:

• Current New Jersey Physical Therapist License (required)

• Degree from an accredited PT program (DPT or MPT)

• CPR Certification

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience with outpatient orthopedic and geriatric populations preferred
