Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a PCU, Oncology, and MedSurg setting.


• Administer and monitor chemotherapy treatments and other medications such as heparin and cardizem.


• Perform patient assessments, plan care, and implement intervention plans for oncology and trauma patients.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including PT/OT, case managers, and social workers.


• Ensure patient safety by adhering to infection control protocols and maintaining a clean environment.


• Document patient care accurately using the EPIC electronic medical records system.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and eligible to work in Nebraska.


• ACLS, BLS, and ONS/ONCC certifications required.


• Minimum of 1 year experience in PCU or Oncology nursing.


• Driver's license required for confirmation of 50-mile radius rule compliance.


• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in culturally diverse settings.


• Experience with medical equipment such as Alaris IV pumps and ventilators preferred.
