As a participant in Blueprint, our new graduate program, you will embark on a structured three-year development journey designed in collaboration with an award-winning learning provider. The program combines immersive learning experiences with required development sessions to build the professional, commercial, and personal effectiveness skills graduates need to thrive and lead in our business.

Your Responsibilities May Include:

• Assisting with the design and implementation of industrial communication networks for SCADA and OT systems
• Supporting the configuration and troubleshooting of managed switches, firewalls, routers, and VPN solutions
• Assisting with SCADA programming, HMI development, RTAC configuration, and system integration activities
• Integrating field devices using protocols such as DNP3, Modbus TCP/RTU, and OPC UA
• Supporting OT cybersecurity assessments, cyber risk evaluations, and implementation of cybersecurity controls
• Assisting with system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities
• Developing network diagrams, points lists, test procedures, and technical documentation
• Participating in project and client meetings
• Supporting multidisciplinary project teams in delivering secure and reliable OT solutions
• Leveraging digital tools and innovative technologies to improve project delivery

To Be Considered for This Opportunity, You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Interest in industrial networking, SCADA systems, automation, OT systems, or cybersecurity through coursework, internships, projects, or extracurricular activities
• Basic understanding of IP networking concepts, including switches, routers, VLANs, and firewalls
• Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA, or similar technologies is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or project experience related to industrial automation, networking, SCADA, or cybersecurity
• Experience with Linux, Windows Server, virtualization technologies, or scripting/programming languages
• Familiarity with renewable energy, utility, or industrial control systems environments

The expected salary for this position is $77,000 - $86,000

Individual pay is determined based on several factors such as work location, education, experience, and unique skills.
