Job Description

The Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining and installing electrical systems, HVAC units, and plumbing infrastructure across multiple sites. Working both independently and within a small team, the technician supports new construction projects as well as ongoing maintenance of existing systems. This role requires regular travel and proficient use of standard hand tools, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical maintenance and repairs
Conduct HVAC system repairs and installations
Execute plumbing repairs and system installations
Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues
Carry out preventative maintenance tasks
Ensure safety compliance on all projects
Document work and system diagnostics accurately
Provide customer support and service

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in electrical, HVAC, or plumbing maintenance
