Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Machinist with strong skills in manual machining, CNC setup and operation, blueprint reading, and precision measuring. This role will focus on machining, fabricating, modifying, and repairing tooling, dies, fixtures, and production components while supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Machinist with strong skills in manual machining, CNC setup and operation, blueprint reading, and precision measuring. This role will focus on machining, fabricating, modifying, and repairing tooling, dies, fixtures, and production components while supporting continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
- Machine and fabricate fixtures, tooling, and weld assemblies.
- Perform manual machining operations using mills, lathes, grinders, and other shop equipment.
- Operate and set up CNC equipment as needed.
- Utilize Wire EDM and Surface Grinding equipment to manufacture and repair tooling.
- Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
- Support preventative maintenance and tooling improvement initiatives.
- Maintain precise tolerances and ensure quality workmanship on all tooling and machined components.
- Experience with CNC, tool and die, and change over processes.
- Proficiency with wire EDM and stamping die operations.
- Ability to work with tight tolerances.
- Experience in tool & die making.
- Proficiency in manual machining and CNC setup.
