In this role, you'll help build the financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis that supports decision-making across the company. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their finance career who wants hands-on exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering within a growing healthcare organization.You'll work closely with the finance team and business partners across departments, building foundational FP&A skills across reporting, analysis, and budgeting.We are currently seeking candidates based near or in Denver, CO. The targeted start date is in January 2027.What You'll DoBuild and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and recurring analyses (e.g., monthly variance analysis, KPI tracking)Support the annual budgeting process and periodic forecast updatesAnalyze actual results against budget/forecast and help identify and explain key drivers of variancePartner with department leaders to understand their financial needs and provide accurate, timely data and insightsMaintain and improve Excel/Google Sheets-based models and reporting templatesAssist with month-end close support and ad hoc financial analysis as neededHelp identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and data accuracyYour Experience and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field0-1 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or a related fieldStrong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, basic modeling)Strong attention to detail and a disciplined, methodical approach to working with financial dataClear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance colleaguesA curious, proactive mindset, with a willingness to ask questionsComfortable working independently in a remote environmentPrior internship experience in finance, accounting, or a related analytical roleExposure to the healthcare or health tech industryCoursework or experience in financial modeling or budgetingAdditional InformationThe hiring process for this role may consist of applying, followed by a phone screen, online assessment(s), interview(s), an offer, and background/reference checks.Background Screening: A background check, which may include a drug test or other health screenings depending on the role, will be required prior to employment.Job Description Scope: This job description is not exhaustive and may include additional activities, duties, and responsibilities not listed herein.Vaccination Requirement: Employees in patient, client, or customer-facing roles must be vaccinated against influenza.
