Salary Range: $1,200 – $4,000 USD/month (dependent on location and experience)

Philippines: about $1,200–$2,200/month Latin America: about $2,500–$4,000/month

We are a rapidly growing AI transformation consultancy dedicated to helping mid-market organizations (100–1,000 employees) successfully integrate and scale AI into their day-to-day operations. Through our specialized implementation methodology, we design custom workflows, build AI agents, and provide hands-on enablement.

We are launching several high-visibility client acceleration programs in the coming weeks and are seeking a passionate, adaptable AI Trainer to lead our 1-on-1 coaching and tool adoption initiatives.

Primary Function

As an AI Trainer & Enablement Coach, you will act as the direct human link between cutting-edge AI capabilities and real-world business productivity. You will deliver personalized, 1-on-1 coaching and training sessions to client team members, ensuring they can seamlessly embed AI tools—with a heavy emphasis on Claude—into their daily workflows, roles, and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-on-1 Coaching: Conduct practical, high-impact enablement sessions focused on driving immediate, everyday AI adoption across client teams.
• AI Tool & Prompt Training: Educate non-technical business users on how to effectively interact with large language models, master advanced prompt engineering, and design repeatable workflows.
• Role-Specific Enablement: Tailor training frameworks across multiple business units, ensuring relevant use cases for diverse functions such as Go-To-Market (GTM)/Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product.
• Workflow & Agent Implementation: Assist clients in executing AI-driven workflows, testing automated agents, and identifying friction points where AI can optimize operational efficiency.
• Program Onboarding & Support: Guide client cohorts through new software onboarding, providing ongoing troubleshooting, technical clarity, and proactive best practices.
• Scale Training Assets: Document successful workflows, client learnings, and core training materials to build out a scalable internal knowledge repository.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a client-facing or enablement capacity (e.g., corporate training, customer success, business consulting, or digital transformation coaching).
• Strong Professional Fluency in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are mandatory for this 1-on-1 coaching environment.
• Deep Interest in AI: A demonstrably strong curiosity about generative AI, automation, and practical business tools.
• The "Teacher's Mindset": Proven ability to take dense, technical, or complex software concepts and translate them into simple, actionable steps for individuals with varying levels of technical literacy.
• Adaptability: Highly comfortable working in a fast-paced, fluid environment where tech stacks and software capabilities evolve rapidly week over week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Claude: Strong foundational experience utilizing Anthropic's Claude for business use cases is a major advantage.
• Workflow Automation Experience: Background working with foundational automation concepts or prompt engineering frameworks.
• Bilingual Capability: Professional proficiency in Spanish is a strong asset for candidates applying from Latin America.
