The CDL-A Driver is responsible for safely transporting primarily refrigerated freight across assigned over-the-road routes while maintaining full compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering freight safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Transportation Operations

• Safely transport freight over assigned interstate routes.
• Operate commercial vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Perform detailed pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and transportation documentation.
• Practice safe defensive driving techniques at all times.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding deliveries and route updates.
• Represent the company professionally during customer interactions.

Freight Responsibilities

• Haul primarily refrigerated no-touch freight.
• Operate late-model Freightliner tractors (three years old or newer).
• Pull modern 53-foot trailers equipped with automatic transmissions.
• Complete scheduled over-the-road assignments lasting approximately two to three weeks.
• Maintain cargo security and freight integrity.
• Deliver shipments safely while meeting scheduled delivery commitments.

Work Location: Onsite – Stockton, California. Applicants residing within 100 miles of Stockton, California are strongly encouraged to apply.

Compensation: 5 Immediate Openings. Weekly Earnings: $1,202 – $1,512. Annual Earnings: $62,504 – $78,624. Competitive CPM Pay. Safe & On-Time Bonus Program.

Schedule: Solo Driver Position. Home Every Two to Three Weeks. Two to Three Days Off Between Runs. Over-the-Road Operations.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Minimum three months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Safe driving record with commitment to DOT compliance.
• Ability to operate over-the-road routes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Stable employment history.
• U.S.-based citizens only. No exceptions.
• Must currently reside within 100 miles of Stockton, California, or be willing to relocate before employment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
