Job Description: A well-established boutique law firm in Miami is seeking an organized, and motivated Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial litigation processes and a dedication to providing support to our attorneys and clients with the highest level of professionalism. Qualifications:

- Minimum of three years of experience as a paralegal in commercial litigation.
- Proficient in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw or LexisNexis).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
