Paralegal

Job Description:

A well-established boutique law firm in Miami is seeking an organized, and motivated Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial litigation processes and a dedication to providing support to our attorneys and clients with the highest level of professionalism.

Qualifications:

Minimum of three years of experience as a paralegal in commercial litigation.
Proficient in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw or LexisNexis).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
