Are you a friendly and organized individual with a passion for animal care? Athens Regional Veterinary Services is seeking an exceptional Veterinary Receptionist to become a vital part of our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check in patients and greet clients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments efficiently and manage the front desk
- Complete necessary paperwork for patient visits
- Obtain vital signs from patients upon arrival
- Assist with patient check-out procedures
- Answer phone calls and address client inquiries
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
