Position Overview:
As the Lead CT/X-Ray Technologist, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the CT and X-ray departments, providing guidance to staff, and ensuring high-quality imaging services. You will work closely with physicians, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible diagnostic care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of CT and X-ray technologists, ensuring that imaging procedures are performed accurately and efficiently.
• Perform high-quality CT and X-ray procedures, ensuring adherence to safety standards and protocols.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other medical staff to ensure timely and accurate diagnostic results.
• Provide training, mentoring, and ongoing education to staff technologists, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques.
• Oversee inventory and equipment maintenance, ensuring all imaging devices are functioning properly.
• Assist in the development and implementation of department policies and procedures to ensure consistent patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, including safety protocols and patient confidentiality (HIPAA).
• Handle patient concerns and provide a positive experience during imaging procedures.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a CT/X-Ray Technologist
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in CT and X-ray imaging, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of CT and X-ray imaging techniques, safety protocols, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
