They are looking to add a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to their team who is a strong leader with manufacturing experience who can effectively manage personnel, coordinate production activities, and drive operational performance in a fast-paced environment. Job Details Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise production employees to ensure daily production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are achieved. Plan, assign, and monitor work activities to maximize productivity and operational efficiency. Foster clear communication and collaboration between shifts and across departments. Partner with Quality, Processing, Material Handling, Shipping, Maintenance, Engineering, and other teams to resolve production challenges and improve workflow. Train, mentor, and develop employees to enhance performance, engagement, and skill development. Monitor production schedules, equipment downtime, and scrap rates, implementing corrective actions as needed. Support continuous improvement initiatives and communicate process improvements to management and engineering teams.
