Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all plant equipment, tools, and facilities through regular preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections. This role requires a proactive approach to equipment reliability, safety, and teamwork, ensuring the plant runs efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain detailed logs of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, tools, and facilities in accordance with established schedules.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure proper operation.
• Monitor equipment for signs of wear or malfunction and take immediate action to address issues.
• Assist in the installation and upgrade of equipment, ensuring all work is completed on time and to specification.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures, reporting any safety concerns to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve maintenance procedures and processes.
• Complete and submit maintenance paperwork and reports accurately and on time.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, including equipment repair and preventive maintenance.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with CMMS software.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently and independently.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment and tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications or an associate degree in a related field is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with plant maintenance systems, ERP systems, or work order management software.
• Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
