Your primary responsibility will be overall equipment ownership and direct technical support of the product line assigned to you. You will develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for mechanical systems to ensure reliability and performance. Further, you will provide hands-on technical support to production and maintenance teams in resolving mechanical issues and process-related challenges. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address mechanical failures and production downtime. Analyze production data and prepare reports on process performance metrics. Train and mentor production and maintenance personnel on mechanical processes and equipment operation. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage knowledge sharing among team members.

What makes you great:

You have a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or other related Engineering or Engineering Technology field required. 5 – 7 years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial process environment required. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a demanding environment, demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Extensive experience with hands-on troubleshooting and installing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You have experience with Allen Bradley operating systems (preferred) and basic knowledge or ladder logic troubleshooting and programming. You have previous experience managing capital projects and proven ability to manage multiple tasks at one time. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, 3D CAD (SolidWorks), and AutoCAD.
