Shift Leader Responsibilities Coach staff to deliver outstanding customer service Produce high‑quality food and maintain the Jersey Mike’s experience Handle cash transactions accurately Follow the Learning Management System Training Program Develop team members for career growth Enforce company policies and procedures Participate in local and national marketing initiatives Build sales and meet revenue targets Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment Be certified in all four positions of the restaurant Communicate effectively with the GM/AGM/DM about any issues Demonstrate a sense of urgency and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Manage the crew of 2–5 people and ensure daily opening/closing tasks are completed Serve as a key holder and perform all opening/closing responsibilities Prepare bread, slice produce, and maintain high standards of food preparation Shift Leader Expectations Move or transport up to 50 lbs without assistance unless a medical notation is provided Work 38–40 hours per week and be available to travel to and from work Lead by example in food quality, customer interactions, and maintaining a clean, fitted, and pressed uniform daily Interface with customers to provide an exceptional experience Qualifications High school degree or equivalent 1 year QSR experience preferred but not required Must be 18 years of age or older to operate the slicer Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler Must have reliable transportation Compensation: To be discussed #J-18808-Ljbffr [NEW] 40001 Jersey Mike's Talon
