Beyond clinical care, our Family Services team supports thousands of families across the region with programs that help meet essential needs and reduce barriers that impact health and well-being. At CHP, our mission is to provide access to health care for everyone. Salary: $195,000 - $225,500 / year The Physician will join a dedicated team of healthcare providers and will provide comprehensive and continuing care. This will include routine and emergency clinic care, support of health promotion and preventative medicine. This person will support CHP’s mission, vision, and values and will adhere to compliance protocols as well as CHP’s policies and procedures.
