Strategic Sourcing & Commercial Counsel
UL Solutions
UL Solutions seeks a practical, business-minded Counsel to support sourcing and sales teams. This attorney will partner closely with sourcing, sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing and HR to drive inbound commercial transactions and outbound customer agreements. This hybrid Northbrook-based role will draft, negotiate, and implement vendor agreements, MSAs, and SOWs while guiding risk, terms, and enforcement. Experience with templates, playbooks, and cross-functional training is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr UL Solutions
