Experience in customer service, sales, logistics or freight coordination that involved negotiation and sales is valued. Qualifications & Expectations: Minimum 2:1 (or equivalent) undergraduate degree in business studies, economics or related discipline. Recent graduates (within the last 1-3 years) or current undergraduates expected to graduate by May/June 2026 with at least a 2:1. A and B A‑level grades or equivalent academic standing. Comfortable communicating with B2B clients on the phone. Strong communication, negotiation and consultative selling skills. Motivation to develop a long‑term career in sales.
