Forklift Operator (Swing Reach & Cherry Picker)

Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. Candidates must have recent hands-on experience operating both Swing Reach (Turret Truck) and Cherry Picker forklifts. Safety, accuracy, and productivity are essential in this role.
A valid Forklift Certification is REQUIRED.

Schedule
M - F, 7 AM - 4 PM, including overtime and weekends as needed.
Pay: $19/ Hr

Key Responsibilities
Operate Swing Reach/Turret Truck forklifts safely and efficiently
Operate Cherry Picker forklifts at elevated heights
Pull, stage, move, and replenish inventory throughout the warehouse
Accurately pick and scan orders using RF scanners or warehouse systems
Load and unload materials while maintaining inventory accuracy
Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
MUST have recent experience operating both Swing Reach and Cherry Picker forklifts
Valid Forklift Certification REQUIRED
Minimum 1–2 years of forklift operating experience preferred
Experience working in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments
Comfortable working at elevated heights
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
