Korean Bilingual e-Commerce Business AnalystResponsibilities:The role will primarily involve business analyst and communication with system development team work, but will also include some traditional user interface and application module management as well. Responsibilities cover, analyze user requirements and create documents to communicate between business user and development team include monitoring and testing for new development.Requirements:Bachelor Degree in IT and/or MIS related disciplineBilingual (English + Korean): Must be able to read, write and speak in bothOver 6 years of business process analyze experience (Sales or logistics experience related e-Commerce System experience a plus)Required Skills:Must have system analysis ability and knowledge of system interface include XMLMust have knowledge in generating system and business process documentationCritical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, prioritizing, time management skills requiredEffective interpersonal skills to work cooperatively with co-workers and other staffStrong communication-both oral and written to convey information in a clear and concise mannerExperienced database development skills including advanced SQL programmingPreferred Skills:Strong business process related analysis and consultation skills; ability to lead and guide clientsKnowledge of ERP Logistics and general logistics and supply chain-related processesBasic knowledge of SQL and web system managementProven ability to multi-task and maintain organized handling multiple clients across different Samsung divisionsStrong aptitude to work within deadlines both independently and as part of a teamRetail or Ecommerce experience or an internship within e-commerce a plusWhy work at BTI?We’re committed to creating a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
