In this role, you’ll help maintain and repair equipment in one of the industry’s largest and most advanced freeze-drying facilities. If you enjoy hands-on work and want to join a dynamic team with great benefits, this job could be a great fit.What You’ll Do as a Maintenance Technician:Inspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repairTroubleshoot equipment issues to determine necessary repairsPlan repairs according to work orders and preventative/predictive maintenance schedulesPerform routine maintenance on equipment, utility, and facility systemsMaintain electrical and PLC/Controls systemsInspect facilities and grounds for needed repairsOrder supplies and materials for repairs and maintenancePerform basic maintenance and operation of HVAC systemsFollow Lock-Out-Tag-Out and all safety proceduresWhat You Need to Bring to the Maintenance Technician Role:3–5+ years of experience in a manufacturing/production facilitySpecial Engineer class Boiler License or willingness to obtainElectrical/PLC/Controls knowledge and experienceWillingness to obtain Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration certificateAbility to read and understand manuals, drawings, and P&ID documentsAbility to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for extended periodsForklift certification and experience or willingness to obtainBenefits Offered by the CompanyThis company offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family.
